Biography:

Kai Liu is a professor, PhD supervisor and deputy director of the Institute of Transportation Planning at the School of Transportation and Communications, Dalian University of Technology.  Dr. Liu Kingland graduated from Tongji University (B.S. and M.S. in Urban Planning) and Nagoya University (Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering). He is a member of the editorial board of Transportation Research part D, and deputy editor-in-chief of Asian Transport Studies, and is a member of the Key Laboratory of Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the People's Republic of China (MOTC), which is the key laboratory of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.

He is the deputy director of the academic committee of the key laboratory of the Ministry of Transportation "Key Laboratory of Transportation Network Facility Control and Recycling Restoration Technology in Ecological Security Barrier Area", a member of the Behavioral Geography Committee of the Geographical Society of China, a co-chairman of the Intelligent Mobility Promotion Group of the China New-Generation Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance, and a member of the eighth session of the Transportation and Logistics Branch of the China Highway Society. He is also a member of the Eighth Council of Transportation and Logistics Branch of China Highway Society, Chairman of IEEE IoT Systems Technical Committee of Northeast China, member of International Academic Committee of East Asia Transportation Association, member of Automatic Driving Committee of Highway Society of China, Chairman of Transportation and Environment of World Transportation Congress, and Chairman of Traffic Behavior of World Transportation Engineering Division.

Prof. Zhijia Tan

Biography:

Zhiga Tan, Professor, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. 2021 Liaoning Provincial High-level Talents, Leading Talents. His main research interests are transportation system modeling and optimization, freight big data and intelligent decision theory, green and intelligent transportation. He has chaired many international projects in the field of transportation. He has published more than 40 papers in academic journals, including 30 papers in Transportation Science and Transportation Research Part B, C, D, E, and more than 10 T1 papers in FMS Chinese journals and other Q1 papers in international authoritative journals in the field of transportation.
